OIL BASED MOLD RELEASE AGENT

        Description

Oil based concrete release agent, HK-707H is compounded by high environmental polymer lubricant, is a new generation of rain wash resistance of mold release agent, has good release properties, easy to fold after mold, smooth surface after demoulding, suitable for concrete stamped,cement pipe,concrete products, color tiles and so on.

Application

MK-707H release agent is applicable for all kinds of molds, for example Aluminum molds, wood molds, resin molds, steel molds, plastic and plywood molds. For each one kilogram of concentrate liquid, coverage is 30 – 80m² after dilution . Coverage scope is depending upon the type of molds used and according to the porosity and texture of the frame work.

Method of use

1.Before usage need to clean the mould,reduce affect the use performance.

2.This product is oil based and can be diluted, dilution rate is according to practical usage,

recommended dilution ratio is 1:5~8 by weight with diesel oil or kerosene, 1kg release

agent mix 5~8kgs diesel oil or kerosene.

3.This product should be evenly coated on the mould surface for everytime demoulding.

Storage Precautions

1.Please place in shade storage, indoor temperature 10℃ ~ 50 ℃ range

2.The product shelf life is 18 months and can be used again after testing qualified, not affect

the quality.
