Description
Sodium Gluconate is the sodium salt of gluconic acid, which is produced by fermentation of glucose. It is a white granular, crystalline solid powder which is very soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in ether.
Because of outstanding property, sodium gluconate has been widely used in many industries.
